In a jam-packed Roadrunner's Paradise Club, digital literary scholar Laura Untner took to the stage to represent EXC 2020. Cheered on by an enthusiastic audience, she described her attempt to capture the ancient poet Sappho’s complex literary afterlife in an equally complex database, crashing her computer in the process.
