We congratulate Dr. Hannah Schünemann, a former member of EXC 2020, on her new position as head dramaturge at Schauspielhaus Zürich, which she will be taking up at the beginning of the upcoming season.

From 2021 to 2025, Schünemann was a research associate at our Cluster and the Friedrich Schlegel Graduate School of Literary Studies, where she obtained her PhD with a dissertation on radical languages of form in contemporary theatre.

As a dramaturge and cultural professional, she has worked at the Volksbühne Berlin, the Berliner Festspiele, the Performing Arts Festival and Ballhaus Ost, among others.
